Terms & conditions
1. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is required to secure your event date.
- Final payment is due no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event.
- Bookings made within 5 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. You may only reschedule.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by La'Reese.
3. Weather & Force Majeure
- In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, power outages, or public safety concerns), La'Reese will make every effort to reschedule your event at no additional cost.
- If rescheduling is not possible or declined by the client, a refund of the deposit and full cost (if already paid) will be issued, minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred (such as custom décor, food preparation, or specialty items).
- La'Reese is committed to ensuring your celebration is safe, enjoyable, and handled with care even when the unexpected occurs.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing their own music, alcohol, and any additional entertainment.
- All guests must be 21+ years of age. Valid ID may be required.
- The client is responsible for ensuring respectful behavior from all attendees.
5. Arrival & Setup
- Setup and breakdown times are included in your booking window. Please allow 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for breakdown.
- Any damage to property or decor caused by guests will be charged to the client.
- Light décor and finger foods are provided as described in the selected package. Customizations will incur additional fees.
6. Liability & Conduct
- La'Reese is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from alcohol consumption or misuse of adult products.
- We reserve the right to end the event early without refund if guests engage in unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful behavior.
